Claudia is the founder of Medinexo Telehealth Mission (MTM). She started MTM in 2016 with the vision of making this world a better place.
Claudia is from Colombia, South America. She moved to Saint Louis, MO when she was 24 years old and this city has been her home since then. She has a B.A. in communications from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, Colombia and attended a graduate school at Webster University where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
Claudia served as the President of the Colombian Society in Saint Louis, where she raised money for kids in need. She also volunteered for the Saint Louis International Institute helping Colombian refugees.
Claudia is the type of person who takes a vision and makes it reality through persistence and hard work.
Growing up in Colombia helped her develop a sense of helping people in need. There is a Chinese saying that goes: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody. Claudia finds happiness in helping others.
When not in her office, Claudia enjoys walking her dogs, soccer, traveling and exercising. Claudia is married and has a family with 5 kids, Daniel, Mateo, Jaime, Nico y Margarita.
Margarita is a student at the University of Missouri in Kansas City . She is pursuing a degree in Music Therapy.
Margarita's goal in life has always been to help people. She went on trips to Honduras to help children at an orphanage for girls as well as visit schools throughout the city of Tegucigalpa to help build new school rooms.
She has worked at YMCA Camp Lakewood for 5 years and her best memories come from when she was helping campers.
Margarita's passions in life include music, friends, family, and helping others. In the future, she hopes to work with patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia as well as to travel the world and spend as much time as possible helping others.
Angela was born in Zipaquirá, a small town near Bogotá. She was studying Business in Colombia when the idea to learn more about other cultures and learn English came to her mind. Angela embarked on a fascinating adventure in a cultural interchange program. Once here in Saint Louis, she got her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration with Academic Honors at the St. Louis Community College. This reward helped her to get accepted at the University of Missouri- St. Louis where she completed her Business Administration degree with an emphasis in International Business and a minor in Accounting. During her study process, she found MEDINEXO and joined the team as the Administrative Assistant.
