Corsode's nurse and a psychologist visited Mahar, a village in Bolivar, Colombia to perform health assessment for 50 children. They used  both primary and secondary data to characterize the health of these community. These data characterize important parts of their health status and health determinants, such as behavior, social and physical environments, and healthcare use.

​Arroyondo is a village near Cartagena. These families live in extreme poverty and the kids suffer from malnutrition. This kids' parents lack the knowledge and resources to provide good nutrition. Corsode's  healthcare professionals visit these families in a weekly basis trying to raise their awareness of children’s health and teaching them about the importance to keep up with the kids’ nutritional needs.
